Metacognition is thinking about thinking.
I am Coach Lulu and I study, plan, and deploy metacognitive strategies to give you access to new ways of thinking and being.
Metacognition helped me through difficult times in my life. One of those was experiencing complete kidney failure, being on dialysis, and receiving a kidney transplant.
Another time, I was hit by a drunk driver, requiring a year of physical rehabilitation and learning how to regain my movement.
Lastly, metacognition helped me when I was diagnosed with Addison's disease and gained a hundred pounds while being in and out of intensive care units.
The key in life is making the tough times as easy as possible for yourself. How do you do this?
